All of the staff at Southpaw were friendly and caring. Jamie was accommodating when I showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment. Dr Tully took the time to listen and hear my concerns with my dog. Kailee answered all of my questions and was thorough when going through the cost of a procedure that I needed to have done for my dog. I was impressed with the knowledge of Kailee and Dr Tully and their teamwork in caring for my dog.
Excellent as always. All of them. Each in their own way has done an excellent job on every interaction. the genuine concern by all of the staff.
I'm so grateful to the staff & vet at Southpaw for the way they care for our babies Jamie is great. We were out of town and our dogs had to come in and she really helped me feel at ease and not crazy for being concerned. Dr. Tully is so thorough and calm. It feels good to know she knows our dogs and their personalities and will do the best thing for them. The compassion and genuine care by the staff & vet.
Our cat, Wheeler, started acting off and we took him in to be evaluated and find out what was wrong with our furry four legged son. After a thorough exam, Dr. Tully discovered the problem right away that he had an ear infection and needed attention right away. After a couple of injections to kick start his recovery, we were given some meds to administer over the next couple weeks and we were sent home.
