Major rat issue, everything in my unit was disgusting and shredded. Unit was also broken into and management had no plans on replacing the cut off hinge to the door. Gated was one of the features, but I haven't seen the gate closed in over a year. Go elsewhere.

Helen Alvarado Fallis, the storage manager at this location, is I think the worst customer service representative I have ever had to deal with. (Picture below) Besides the roads on the property so littered with potholes it's hard to even get to your unit and the rats everywhere or the 1960's garage doors they still use or the faded painted doors or the broken front gate to where all the units are always open besides all that, shockingly the worst part of this storage facility is Helen Fallis.
