Extensive / thorough approval process (reflects my rating). Once approved everything else was smooth. The community is nice and peaceful.
Please don't move here. As soon as my lease is up I'm moving. The sad thing is I've been here for almost 3 years and not one complaint until now. I have constantly complained for months regarding my upstairs neighbor being consistently noisy. Its not the everyday noise, it's a child running back and forth throughout the entire apartment at all hours on end.
