The property was great, and our guide, Sarah, was very professional and well informed.
After having issues with noise, I wasn’t very happy with the response. I was so upset! But after coming into the office and speaking with Ashley, I felt better. She corrected the issues I had and to be fair to her, she wasn’t aware of some of them… but she corrected them immediately! We now have a working dishwasher and it is so lovely to be able to use it and keep a somewhat clean kitchen with 3 kids. I would and will give the last star if the noise issue is corrected.
