Sarah and the rest of the ladies at the leasing office are truly amazing!! They always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. The apartments are nice and clean with updated appliances. Major shoutout to Sarah for helping me with my luggage on the day I moved in because she definitely didn’t have to do that. I am so happy we chose South Park commons as our new home and I will definitely recommend it to others!
I’m not sure if people are lying in their reviews or if I genuinely signed the lease for the worst, most run down unit in the complex. So beyond tired of things breaking while using them (faucets, blinds, window hardware to name a few) disgusting peeling tub and rundown looking bathroom, ROACHES (despite spraying, calling pest control, and being very clean people) being jolted awake by the stomping of downstairs…yes downstairs neighbors, cabinets and drawers that don’t open and close properly, collapsed flooring.
