“Smoke free community” but my apartment smells like weed every day from a neighboring unit. Water also has poured down from another unit several times. Brought up the issue and was told nothing can be done. Past work orders often unresolved and given an excuse that the building is old and told “that’s just how it is”. So I don’t put one in unless I absolutely need to. The staff is nice for the most part but ultimately you’re paying for the location. I have an “upgraded” unit and everything is patched together.
