Edit to add: NOT the southhold office, it's Riverhead staff that is amazing. Jamie, southold rexeptionists are SUPER rude, cut you off and have zero professionalism. Literally told me the doctor I just saw today just rents space and isn't there and she can't help me. Ok, never had an issue before but I will completely avoid the southold location. Don’t listen to the negative review. I’m honestly shocked that this page isn’t flooded with raving reviews from Dr. Pachter’s patients. I’ve been with him on and off for years and no one measures up. He listens and really cares about what’s going on in my life. I often joke that I get a “2 for 1” with him because of his excellent bedside manner. I feel very at home here with the staff and look forward to my visits. If anyone does have anything negative to say, it’s usually because they were hoping he would look the other way... read more
