Don and Dave are good guys, friendly and seem to be very competent. Prices are fair and they went above, going the extra mile. What more could you reasonably ask for? I'll go back.
The problem with Don's business is not competence; Dave is a solid mechanic, as is Don. I like them both. But as a local business owner, I feel obligated to warn potential customers about how Don "the con" runs his business. The problem is that Don's well-known reputation for adding on bogus fees ("lift" fees, "diagnostic" "storage" fees, etc) is accurate and a long-standing dishonest practice.
