Super clean, friendly staff, thorough exam. Will be back!
I have called almost 8 times and left 8 voicemails in regards to booking an appointment that my Dr sent a requisition for since end of September and no one has returned my call. I finally had my requisition sent elsewhere and received a call same day to book an appointment. Also, when I called and was placed in the queue and was first in line it always brought me to voicemail. Clearly no one answers the phone or returns phone call. Very frustrating and disappointing.
They put you on such long holds and barely pick up calls. It’s so weird cause when you visit the clinic, it’s never too busy for them to not be able to receive calls. This happens every time, really need to improve on this .
