I had an 8 AM appointment for an ultrasound and an intravaginal ultrasound. I’m a very friendly person and I’ve managed veterinary clinics for over 25 years. I KNOW and always practiced good customer service, as did my team. I found the receptionist to be rather rude and unwelcoming. There is a plexiglass pane between the receptionist and the reception area. I couldn’t hear the receptionist as I’m deaf in one ear. I went into this clinic to get an ultrasound OB hematoma checked out. We didn't want to find out gender. But, she "accidentally" told us the gender, when she shouldn't of even discussed the gender in this ultrasound, that is not what the ultrasound was for. Extremely dissapointed. Won't be back. Response to owner: The appointment was May 16th, 2025 @ 3:50pm.
Only place I will come from now on for uttrasounds! They booked me in quite quickly. everyone was friendly
