Have a wonderful experience fof X-Ray because of polite and professional staff.
Phone 3 times to make an appointment for ultrasound, listened propaganda and music for 3 minutes, even though I was "first in line", before being cut off. Left a message, did not get a reply for four hours. Drove there personally to make an appointment met an totally unfriendly, unhelpful receptionist with absolutely no people skills. She told me first appointment was almost 2 weeks away. I trust, I will be well by then.. Immediately drove back to my doctor and asked him to send me someplace else. It is extremely difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment, and even when voicemails are left no one returns calls. I had to call over 14 times over a two day span before someone answered. They don't have an online booking feature, so you just have to keep calling and hope for the best. Will not be coming back.
Southmount imaging never disappoints. The staff are always so friendly there and very willing to answer any questions they can. On top of the Sonographers doing great work they also have an amazing bedside manner. Which is very important to most. Pat Pasquale is always so efficient and puts your mind at ease without revealing anything. Just an outright, very caring person where you come out feeling really good. Good job Southmount imaging.
Receptionists were unprofessional. Leaving you to stand there waiting to be called even though know one is at the counter, you don't even know if they see you. Might want to say I will just a minute to the very best acknowledge patient. Accents and low speaking volume (given barrier) are hard and frustrating to communicate. Turn your heads when speaking to patient!!! For privacy I do not wish to talk loud in the waiting room.
