At SouthMount Imaging, staff are accommodating, helpful and provide knowledgeable service. From the front desk to the technicians, the experience is always seamless. Rebeb at the front desk has the kindest demeanour and provides exceptional customer service, each and every time. Also, Rita is one of, if not the absolute best ultrasound technicians I've ever come by. She really takes her time and is extremely in her practice.
They don t have wheelchairs in lobby for my hubby ever. He should have this option available. We never have fast service. Absolutely horrible place
What’s the point of securing an appointment to then be told to wait for 2 hours or longer? Whoever is managing this needs to loose their job, this is a fail :(
We had a great experience at SouthMount Medical Imaging. The clinic was clean, organized, and the service was efficient from start to finish. A special thank you to Rabeb at reception - she was kind, professional, and very helpful. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this clinic for their excellent service.
I always come here and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Compared to other places, I get appointments here fast. Friendly staff overall!
