Dr ashraf is a gem. Hands down the best family dr I have had. (I went through a bunch due to moves) The walk in clinic is better than most but the family practice is exceptional.
I visited the walk in part this practice as my family doctor is Dr. Khemraj who practices out of this clinic and my work hours were such that I was not able to book a regular appointment to see him. I was treated unprofessionally during the appointment and was told that I should find another family doctor as my hours and his did not match. As if this was not enough, it seems that he did not pay attention to what I said during the appointment. The walk in clinic staff and doctors are very kind and timely in their support whenever myself or a family member has needed to see a doctor. This clinic and the buildings’ one stop bloodwork, Xray, ultrasound, hearing tests all add great convenience. Thank you!
The clinic claims to be open until 8:00 p.m., but I arrived before 7:00 p.m. and it was already closed. This has happened more than once. Very inconvenient for patients who rely on the posted hours. If you can’t stay open until the advertised time, update your hours
