Absolutely horrible. I guess this is why they have a 2.4 on google. Dr K. A new doctor refused to give me medical care as I did not consent to using AI in the appointment. I asked to speak with a general manager and I spoke with a woman who was claiming to be the manager and a week later I find out that they don't have a general manager. It's obvious that they lie to you and will waste your time
Always had a great experience with Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Patel. They are caring, professional, and take the time to listen. The only downside is the clinic closes early from the mentioned time. Overall, highly recommend!
I wish I could give a zero star! Dr. Rownek Jasmine is a rude, unprofessional family doctor who literally knows nothing. I'm not sure how these doctors get certified in Ontario. Getting a family doctor with this clinic was th worst experience by far.
At SouthMount Imaging, staff are accommodating, helpful and provide knowledgeable service. From the front desk to the technicians, the experience is always seamless. Rebeb at the front desk has the kindest demeanour and provides exceptional customer service, each and every time. Also, Rita is one of, if not the absolute best ultrasound technicians I’ve ever come by. She really takes her time and is extremely thorough in her practice.
