Southmoore has always been professional and taken care of your unit. The office staff is very professional and friendly. They have always been on time and provided great service. I highly recommend them
Bad people
To be perfectly honest, they don’t even deserve the one star that was given. These guys completely jacked up our HVAC unit. It’s a shame that we had to experience the largest amount of mediocre work and customer satisfaction. Let’s just say that there was absolutely NO satisfaction whatsoever. So if want good quality work, don’t call these guys. At the end of the day, you will only be disappointed and it will definitely be a large amount of money wasted.
They does an excellent joby air conditioner man work here he does a lot for my parents when they need him thanks Mr jimmy Ellington
