I have a ring with great sentimental value that broke, and I contacted another jeweller who took 3 weeks to quote me a HUGE amount to repair the ring. I didn't go ahead and looked for another option. I visited Southmall Jewellers and was very impressed with their service and pricing. I went to this jeweller to set a spring bar on my new watch and remove two links. He was unable to help with the spring bar, which another jeweller was able to fix in 5 minutes for $10, and I have a pin coming loose on the bracelet because a pin collar was not seated correctly. All this for $25. 2/5 stars because he was not totally negligent.

The guy i spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me mid enquiry do not recommend these people if that how they treat people. Disgusting customer service!
