As a locator, I brought a client to this property and the client signed a lease through my referral. The locator fee was ultimately paid, but it was not received until about a year later, which was far longer than expected. I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but the communication throughout the process could have been much better. I’m extremely disappointed with the management team’s lack of professionalism. I brought a client to this property as a licensed realtor, the client signed a lease, and the agreement was in place. We were told the locator fee would be paid 60 days after move-in, but despite repeated follow-ups by email and phone, no one responded and no one resolved the issue. It has now been about two years over just $250. At this point, it is not even about the amount, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Very frustra... read more
They do not stand true to their word. Leasing management quoted an extension price on the phone, but at the end charged me an exorbitant high amount.
What a beautiful apartment community and wonderful amenities! Our Apartment Locator, Deena Bertucci with AptAmigo, as well as Rebecca Merrill with Southline, were absolutely terrific to work with!
I had a great tour with Becca and she made the entire experience so enjoyable! She was incredibly informative, answered all my questions, and really took the time to show me everything the community has to offer. The property itself is beautiful, and I love how close it is to everything at the Pearl. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Highly recommend asking for Becca if you’re planning to take a tour!
