I love living at Southline and the Pearl (just across the street) is just amazing. Relocated from LA and the staff were very helpful. Shoutout to Rebecca! She patiently gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions over the phone to make my move seamless.
Becca is the best
We moved here from Los Angeles about 1.5 years ago and love it so far! We had the unique experience of transferring units within the building so lived in both a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit, both of which were positive experiences and the process of switching units was very easy. The units are modern, the shared spaces (like the pool, library, and gym) are always clean, and the maintenance and cleaning staff are incredibly nice - especially the cleaning lady Maira who radiates positivity. Had a fantastic time. It was so much fun, I would do it again! Only downside was I paid for photos and there were few photos of me and they weren’t so great. I didn’t even download them. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
I’ve loved living at Southline! The staff here is amazing, especially Rebecca, who’s been so helpful from the start. She made me feel so welcome during my tour, my move-in process smooth, always answers my questions quickly, and never forgets to give my dog a sweet treat (which he loves!). The apartment complex is amazing, the location is unbeatable, and the efficiency of maintenance requests is unmatched, but truly the people here are what makes Southline stand out. Couldn’t ask for a better community!
