I have lived here since May 2024 and I have absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable. Easy access to the river walk and pearl. If i ever need an ingredient for a drink or food, I just walk across the street to Pullman Market and grab it. Stunning saturday sunday farmers market also at the pearl. The only issue I have ever encountered living here is the ELVATORS OMG-- they are ALWAYS broken. Its okay though its an excuse to use the stairs
This is going to be a great property as we transition to a new chapter in a new state. Becca was an excellent representative who took her time and answered all of our questions with candor. She was friendly and helpful and gave us the confidence we need to ensure our move will be seamless.
Road noise is crazy at every hour, staff generally non-responsive most of the time - sometimes good, packages go missing…units are fine There are plenty of apartment complexes in/near the Pearl that are better value for your money
