Terrible people to deal with, first they agreed to bill the funeral home while waiting on life insurance, then a few days later when finalizing the date they demanded the 5k up front for the plots. They also wanted almost 2k just to open and close the grave which I could rent the equipment myself for a day for a quarter of that. Don't call these folks unless you want to triple your heartache and trouble at an already vulnerable time. Cruel.
