There are never any appointments available!!! I think I might have an ear infection but my doctor is booked until November!!! Come. On. This is not patient friendly.
Experienced significant challenges scheduling an appointment. There were multiple issues on their end, including errors with both the initial scheduling and subsequent rescheduling. Unfortunately, no accommodations were made to rectify the situation. I called to speak to a scheduling supervisor and the representative placed me back at the beginning of the call queue.
Alona was so far from being helpful, it is infuriating. I have waited several days for a referral follow up only to be met with her lazy responses and inaction. And when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold until she "felt" like doing her job. This office should provide some customer service training to their staff. The doctors are great but so sad to need to avoid their support staff to get quality care.
Dr. Long is the best. I can't wait to go back to see her. Fred Moghim
