For over a year they have fail to pick up the trash and recycle. I have called and e-mailed the City of Jacksonville Florida and is like talking to a wall. They work by contract and this is a breach of contract, they deserved to be fine at lest $1k per incident. Also the city needs to get their act together and deal with this kind of business that are stealing the tax payers money. Now I have my recycle and trash sitting out because no one came to pick it up. Stay far away from them

I’ve called the city of Jacksonville 4 times this week because this company missed my trash again. It’s been sitting there for a week now, I have no where to put my other trash bags. This is beyond ridiculous.

I’ve been calling and complaining about my trash not being picked up. This happens weeks at a time. Then they finally pick it up, only to not pick it up for another month. Service is horrible! I don’t understand why a house is skipped, repeatedly, on a route that has been the same for decades.

I’ve had to call the city at least half a dozen times in the past 8 months due to my bulk trash not being picked up. I’ve tried to contact the business directly and have never gotten a response. I’ve let it go the first 6 times, but it’s gotten to a point where I have to wait on hold for 20 minutes multiple times a week because they won’t respond to work order tickets from the city . I spend too much of my hard earned money on taxes to have to deal with this. You have a contractual obligation to the city , do your job.

Have to call every single week since the lazy drivers don't pick up our trash at the end of our street. Being the last house on the left, they tend to drive down, pick up the homes across from us, put their trucks into reverse and drive down the side street instead of picking up our trash! And getting anybody with half a brain to speak with about this issue is a joke. The city of Jacksonville doesn't care so why should this company, Lazy, incompetent, idiot workers for a terrible company.
