For over a year they have fail to pick up the trash and recycle. I have called and e-mailed the City of Jacksonville Florida and is like talking to a wall. They work by contract and this is a breach of contract, they deserved to be fine at lest $1k per incident. Also the city needs to get their act together and deal with this kind of business that are stealing the tax payers money. Now I have my recycle and trash sitting out because no one came to pick it up. Stay far away from them

I’ve called the city of Jacksonville 4 times this week because this company missed my trash again. It’s been sitting there for a week now, I have no where to put my other trash bags. This is beyond ridiculous.

I’ve been calling and complaining about my trash not being picked up. This happens weeks at a time. Then they finally pick it up, only to not pick it up for another month. Service is horrible! I don’t understand why a house is skipped, repeatedly, on a route that has been the same for decades.

I’ve had to call the city at least half a dozen times in the past 8 months due to my bulk trash not being picked up. I’ve tried to contact the business directly and have never gotten a response. I’ve let it go the first 6 times, but it’s gotten to a point where I have to wait on hold for 20 minutes multiple times a week because they won’t respond to work order tickets from the city . I spend too much of my hard earned money on taxes to have to deal with this. You have a contractual obligation to the city , do your job.
