I had a very bad experience with clinic in Your a Linda . They don’t care about patients and their front disk employee she is very carelessly and she doesn’t know how to take care of patients have been waiting for appointment more than one month and have . I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Gazzaniga and Southland Urology. During my initial consultation, the doctor assured me they could perform my preferred procedure. However, when I called to confirm before the procedure day, I was now informed that they couldn't do it. I then canceled the appointment. Dr. Acknowledged I had very low testosterone and was 200 ng/dl lower than the "average" male which is already low to begin with but wouldn't treat me for low t and said even if I was a new patient which I was he still wouldn't treat me. He never even ask if I gmhad symptoms. Like what? How can you make your decision before even asking questions?
