My wife and I used to enjoy stopping here every couple weeks to get a milk shake. Unfortunately, when you feel like you are inconveniencing the employees by ordering something, it takes all the joy out of it. Worst than that, it seems that they wait to see what too is provided before they even begin making an order. Maybe it’s just me. Either way, I’m hoping to find somewhere a little more enjoyable to stop for now on. Does this look like whipped Cream and a cherry? Why ask if you are not going to give it to me anyway.
I've been coming to Southland for years. I love the variety of items they have in their shop and being able to pick up eastern NC style BBQ to take home to the other side of the state. The restaurant keeps limited hours so I've never had the chance to actually eat in the restaurant. But I also appreciate that there is a gas station at the location so you can cover a lot of your bases in one spot.
The brisket sandwich was half fat. We sent it back and they said it’s all like that. If we cut off the fat there won’t be any meat on your sandwich!??????
Waited over 20 minutes for food, they were calling 20 numbers after me. Wouldn't give a refund, disputed with my bank... these thieves lied and said I got my food. It doesn't take 20 minutes for one order of fries. If you give an order 20 orders apart from me fries you had them and they should have been given to me first. I will NEVER stop here again. Read what this liar posted!!! Orders are not in order... They are gaslighting... There was one register running... I ordered fries... Nothing else... People that ordered 20 ord... read more
