Horrible experience. What a waste of hope, time (2.5 hours) and money. She was rude, hostile even, condescending, and had no compassion whatsoever. She bordered on negligent, as when I expressed thoughts of giving up on it all, she simply said good luck to you and walked out. She’s in the wrong field and certainly not in it for the right reasons.
I have trusted Southland rheumatology with my health since 2016. They never fail to make me feel important and visible. Even after relocating to Indiana I still make the trip for all my appointments. No complaint is too small. They will always advocate on your behalf.
I just love the staff. They are so friendly and easy to talk too. They make you feel like family not just a patient.
Very friendly,welcoming warm staff. They not only explain everything to you, they actually listen to you such that makes you feel apart of your plan of care.
