We chose Southland to build our new home in Homewood, AL. We met w/ Craig Stephens and Durwin Richey (owners) and were initially very impressed. They presented themselves as having numerous years of experience and as devout Christians. After signing the contract, things quickly deteriorated. They assigned a project manager named Dave Trucks who was completely inept at managing our build.
