Unprofessional...avoid. Called for a couple thousand dollar purchase of standard galvanized steel pipe. Voice mail answering machine with idiotic "Press one for Tony, Press two for Mary, etc., like it is 1985...no titles, no sales department, no nothing. Pressed random number to see just how bad, got answering machine...during the day, during working hours. Called back, tried another random number/name...got someone! Whoa!
