I would highly recommend Brent from Southland Pest Control. Within two minutes of my posting a request for help at 8:00 pm on Sunday, he responded to my e-mail request. On Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm, he came by the house to set up the mouse bait stations. He was very professional and explained how the bait stations work to eradicate the mice. He was quick and friendly and put my mind at ease. I would contact him again to have future work done such as eradicating Maple bugs or box elder bugs.
My rental company hired them. He called me and I said I would need a few weeks before he came because I just had surgery and could not move the furniture in my house. A week later I miss a call from him and the next day he LETS HIMSELF INTO MY HOUSE to “leave a card” while I was home alone with my daughter. Wow! I noticed a new vole run in my yard on late Saturday afternoon. I filled out the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Within a short time Brent called me and set up a time to come set out a trap station. Even though it was a weekend, he arrived sharply at 9:30 on Sunday morning to address my vole problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently showed me how to empty and reset the station. I would highly recommend them for any issues you may have.
