Awesome service from Brent. Came when we were away and sprayed a wasp nest, left invoice in mailbox, with instructions to pay by e-transfer. Very prompt returning messages and phone calls, even when busy working. Highly recommend him and Southland Pest Control for extermination needs. Also very reasonably priced.
This is the best pest control company I have used. We had an ant infestation in multiple spots around our property. Brent responded super fast, came out and took care of it right away. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend them.Will use them again for sure.
I would highly recommend Brent from Southland Pest Control. Within two minutes of my posting a request for help at 8:00 pm on Sunday, he responded to my e-mail request. On Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm, he came by the house to set up the mouse bait stations. He was very professional and explained how the bait stations work to eradicate the mice. He was quick and friendly and put my mind at ease. I would contact him again to have future work done such as eradicating Maple bugs or box elder bugs.
My rental company hired them. He called me and I said I would need a few weeks before he came because I just had surgery and could not move the furniture in my house. A week later I miss a call from him and the next day he LETS HIMSELF INTO MY HOUSE to “leave a card” while I was home alone with my daughter.
