I live in this mobile home park, and have been here for a little less than three years now. My suggestion for anyone that needs a lot, or is thinking about trying to rent a lot in this trailer park, make darn sure that you very carefully read and understand everything in the lease agreement. The owner tries to tell you how to live in your own homes. He doesn't like pets, and makes people pay for background checks, when it's his responsibility to do and pay for these background checks.
