Checking in is awful! My dad had an appt at 11:00am 6-23-26. We got there and got a number at 10:50am. Looked at the 3 areas where they check you. #1 and #2 had no patients that they were helping. #3 had a patient who was visibly upset who walked out 3 diff times and being gone the last time for 15-20mins and she jus kept walking back to #3. They didn’t call any patient until 11:24. Then again another 10 mins goes by and they finally call another patient. My dad’s number was finally called at 11:50am….50 mins after his sched... read more
