Super fast and kind! Amazing service received, they close at 5pm and I showed up around 4:45pm in need of help with my tire expecting that I would have to wait till the next day, they were able to squeeze me in and gave me excellent service!
The staff at Straightline Kia in Medicine Hat are truly amazing. The engine light on our Kia Niro PHEV came on just as we reached Medicine Hat on our way to Winnipeg from Calgary. We were able to drive the vehicle to Straightline where they took it in immediately to determine the problem. Turns out we needed a new O2 sensor. I bought a truck with a motor that was on its way out to the point it was going to blow up and I have been fighting with them for 4 months I finally got it back ruffly a week and a half ago and there was scratches on my truck and I looked under the truck and found out the oil pans was damaged
