Boris and the rest of the service team are fantastic to deal with. Helpful, accomodating, and understanding. They look after cars but also look after people.
I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a warranty claim for my EV9's driver-side mirror, which stopped folding. Both Kia Southland and Kia Fawkner rejected the claim, stating the issue was caused by external damage—even though the only marks were a tiny (1mm) stone chip and a superficial scratch barely visible to the naked eye. very efficient and professional service, unlike Southland Kia in Melbourne which was absolutely nightmare to book with Chadstone Kia was excellent. Only comment that I would gently suggest that they get a better quality coffee in the coffee machine because currently is not good from a Coffee snob perspective. Then again it’s free i can’t really complain can I? ... as long their car service isn’t at the same level as the quality of their coffee then I’ll be safe.
