very efficient and professional service, unlike Southland Kia in Melbourne which was absolutely nightmare to book with Chadstone Kia was excellent. Only comment that I would gently suggest that they get a better quality coffee in the coffee machine because currently is not good from a Coffee snob perspective. Then again it’s free i can’t really complain can I? ... as long their car service isn’t at the same level as the quality of their coffee then I’ll be safe.
KIA Southland looked after me very well for my car service. Fixed price in advance. Thorough safety check. Car returned spotlessly clean. Staff were thoughtful and friendly. And the courtesy car bringing me home and picking me up made the day very smooth and comfortable.
