I took our vehicle in for an oil change last year, and from that point on I have been what I can only describe as harassed from the sales staff here. Almost every month I get a call asking to trade my vehicle in, and every month I tell them to take me off their list. And now I'm even getting mail to my address asking me to trade it in. This place used to have phenomenal customer service. My last couple experiences have not been pleasant. One had to do with booking an appointment only to drop off the vehicle a few days later and be told that I wasn’t scheduled for anything. Today was the last straw when I had to wait around for 25 minutes just to hand off my keys for an appointment. If it wasn’t required by my warranty I’d never go back.
