We were greeted warmly and shown the vehicle we were interested in without fuss. We had done our research and this was acknowledged and built upon by Emardh. The pricing was very competitive and we are happy with the deal we received
Picked up our new 2nd hand car only to discover that it had 3000kms extra on the odometer than was stated on contract and within 24 hours the vehicle had a major dangerous issue and now we are without a car!
We brought a car through the dealership in October 2023. At the time we were told that southland sell the cars to a company and then buy them back after a year. We were NOT told that the car wasn't eligible for capped price servicing and wasnt told about any problems. Only to find out the car has had an engine light problem in the past. We also had issues when trying to get the car registered under my name. This process took over a month and after 3-4 weeks vicroads even told us they haven't recieved paperwork!
