He came to our house Sunday to diagnose our issue. Said he’d be back Monday to repair. Monday comes, he calls and says he couldn’t get the part in Houma so he’d have to go to Lafayette and get it. Tuesday rolls around and we don’t hear from him until he finally answers my call and says he hasn’t gotten the part yet and he’d get it Wednesday morning and be at our house between 11-12.
