I love my PA. The staff is super nice
No medi-cal accepted at this office
I’ve bin coming here for about 3 years now and so far no problems. Dr. Psai always answers my questions and runs tests whenever I have a concern regarding blood work. Office staff is great and respectful every time they contact me.
Waste of time! They Do not listen to their clients. Do not go there. Find another and do yourself a favor.
This place is ridiculous. All Dr Tsai did in the year I saw him was blood work and ultrasounds with no resolution. Whenever I had questions or concerns, his answer was to go to the hospital every time instead of just listening to me and giving any advice. Last year when I called to have my records sent elsewhere, they sent my records to that office same day. Now that I need my records sent to a surgeon, they’re refusing and want me to pay a ridiculous fee. This place is terrible.
