RecommendedExcellent Medical care and a fine staff.
Mom has been there about a month & has been treated very well! The staff has been very kind & respectful to both myself & Mom. I've been there every day (at various hrs.) & Have not regretted my decision. I visited several other facilities in Florence, and felt this was the best choice for Mom.
Southland has the most caring, compassionate, and highly qualified staff. You are greeted by all and most know your name. My mother has been there almost a year. I have never had a complaint . The administration is ready to help. They guide you through what is needed. I highly recommend!
Southland cared for my mother with Alzheimer's for13 years, and gave her exceptional, compassionate care!! Of course it was our first choice when our 98 year old father needed skilled care beyond what sitters and my siblings and I were capable of! They welcomed is with open arms and, though years had passed since mother resided there, there were still many familiar faces!! Daddy has been there for 1 1/2 years, and we have been very pleased!!
I would not send a dead dog to Southland. I give them minus 5 stars and that is really too high.
