Why would you schedule someone to be here at 8:30am if no one is going to open the door, there is 3 adults waiting outside, nobody answers the phone or opens the door, I mean this is for a gastroenterology for 1 of the adults and is so unfair for them to do this, they finally open the door! And have no record of the patient! Seriously! Not professional at all.
