Home town folks, what's not to like!
My husband traded trucks back in May and Southland didn't pay off the trade in for 3 months! 2 payments came out of my bank account for a truck we no longer owned. It's been a nightmare trying to get them to pay it off. Buyers beware!!!
Ended up going to sunbelt Ford instead. I made an appointment with this dealership to have repair done on my car, when I get there for my appointment, they have no staff to do the repair and told me they couldn't do the work. Did not apologize for the inconvenience this caused or wasn't even concerned about the problem. I wouldn't go back there no matter what. Sunbelt was helpful, nice and got me in for service the same day and apologized for what southland did, first time I got an apology and it wasn't even their dealership... read more
