Great Work Our 325 ft wood fence project turned out great. The sales person form Southland was very knowledgable, courteous and timely. The installation crew was very efficient and finished the job in only two days. I've been recommending Southland to my neighbors, friends and family.
Horrible I agree that this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were sloppy and unprofessional. It took them over a month to finish a small project. It took them that long because they used incompetent people that had no idea how to install an iron fence. They bolted the fence into a hardy plank board on the side of my garage without any reinforcement behind it and the movement of the gate ripped a hole in my garage the first week the fence was installed- my husband fixed it and reinforced the board because ... read more
Sub-standard work Terrible experience. Most incompetent, amateur crew I have had the misfortune to have build a fence. 48ft privacy fence took 3 days to complete! These guys seriously could not draw a straight line - cannot begin to describe how bad this experience was. Had to tear down sections 3-4 times during job to correct the most obvious mistakes. Now These Guys Are Good! I wouldn't always recommend going with the more competitive quotes, but these guys were one of the two lowest when we were shopping around. We gave them the go ahead during a rainy time, but the day the rain let up, they had our fence up the same day - that was almost a year ago, and we still get compliments on our privacy fence.
