I had a horrible experience with Southland Dental Surgery. I called because I wanted to speak with Dr. Smitha before booking an appointment — I just wanted to discuss my dental concern directly with her first. The receptionist, however, was unbelievably rude. When I asked if I could please speak with Dr. Smitha, she bluntly said, “Dr. Smitha doesn’t come to the phone.” I was genuinely shocked — it sounded robotic and dismissive. Wonderful dental care. Great staff. Very responsive to needs. My family (three children & parents) love coming to Southland Dental and have been with them for 5+ years. Excellent referrals for orthodontics and seamless organisation from the admin team. I can't speak more highly of them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Smitha for almost four years now, and I have to say, she's hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Thanks to her expertise, she was able to spot a tumor on my jaw and made sure that I received the proper care before, during, and after the surgery. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she's also super friendly and welcoming.
