Update from my last review..I have nothing to gain from this, but to give y’all an overview of what you will be getting. Almost 8 months of moving in, we were faced with a leak into our master bedroom that caused mold. Human error or negligence, but there was no barrier protection in our shower (schluter Kerdi). Why did we pay for an upgraded shower? They told us FLORWORX is the contractor they use for their showers and tile. After meeting with Jennifer B at the Winder location, we chose a home to be built on our lot. Jennifer said that the superintendent, Todd, would call to set up an appointment to evaluate the lot for the build. After a number of days, Todd called and made an appointment. The day before the appointment, we called to confirm that he would be coming, however, he stated he would come when there was a break in the rain.
