This is a top tier crossfit gym. Great group of people and the coaches are dope fresh. And they're certified if that matters to you. If you want a daily change of workouts and are too lazy to figure it out by yourself, plus you want someone to ensure proper form, this is the place for you.
This gym is absolutely amazing! Awesome people, very encouraging atmosphere, free of judgement and negativity. Andrea, Melissa and Mike are great coaches and I really enjoy coming here. The facility is equipped with everything you need, classes are carefully designed and curated, lots of fun and self-improvement.
