2 hour lunch break and constantly being put into a whirl-a-wheel phone system is very poor CX.
I can never get thru to the San Bernardino office when I call. The doctor's answering service recording comes on and tells you to call back. I end up calling around 12 times before I finally get someone to actually answer. How am I supposed to ask them regarding medication, labwork or especially to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appt or be charged? I'm being treated for lupus. More than two weeks before I was running out of medicine I requested CVS to ask for a refill. Three days later the doctor's office didn't have it, when I called for the status of my refill. I only asked for enough until my next appt. I've now requested the refill four times and am completely out, with no foreseeable refill until a month from now. Dr. Colburn was always very friendly and personable.
