Doctor was very kind but office staff gave her another patient's documents. The front desk rep tried to say "that's how it prints" but it was a completely different name and birth date. HIPAA violation

I was referred by my OB to see a rheumatologist specialist and I was slightly nervous at first since I’ve never been to one before but Dr. Keith colburn was really nice and thorough. He reassured and me is very detailed when explaining results. And reception up front is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. And the nurse (can’t remember his name) but he wears glasses is the nicest! Very warm and friendly.
Everyone here was very nice. Professional doctor everyone was kind and wonderful. I would recommend this office.
Recently, I had the honor of meeting Dr Kieth Colburn and his lovely staff. I also was recieved by a true gentleman. Everyone was professional and extremely caring. They make you feel like visiting soon again. It's hard on me to travel 86 miles, but well worth the effort. I highly recommend this facility. This location is very clean with nice furniture. There's plenty of parking as well with handicap parking right in front. I always take a dozen of donuts when I'm treated well. Best Rheumatologist facility ever! ❤️ Sincerely... read more
