The staff is very friendly and welcoming, respectful. The office is clean. Dr listens and takes his time answering my questions. I don't fill rushed. I feel heard.
Next to impossible to actually get someone on the phone!!!!!!!! Ive been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and a real person hasn't even picked up! Absolutely ridiculous that its THIS hard to get someone on the phone!!!!!!!
