They had the parts I needed in stock to get my old kenmore dryer operating again. The parts guy was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Thank you.
Excellent experience. I own a residential cleaning company and needed a dryer. Troy asked me if a used one would be more economical and used is just fine for our needs. He took me Nextdoor to Lee and I was out in 10 minutes with a like new unit for $250. They were honest and quick s I think I found my new appliance go to guy!!
Our refrigerator died on a Sunday, on reference from a neighbor went to Southland Appliance on Monday, refrigerator delivered Tuesday morning and they took old one away. Excellant customer service from walking in the door to delivery. Will be a customer from this point on! No way can you get a appliance the next day from any big box place and free delivery.
I do not recommend this business! I called multiple times to get a belt for a dryer and every time they would tell me the parts guy was on a call. So they would tell me he would be back by a certain time but never was. So I decided to just drive up there before they close it is an hour from my home. Pull into the parking lot at 1:46pm they close at 2. Doors locked and no cars in the parking lot. Will not ever use them again.
Excellent customer service, fast delivery. My last purchase from them was a Kitchen-aid dishwasher. Their sticker price was $85 cheaper than HD. And I got quick and personable customer service. Definitely my first choice.
