Very bad experience with these people been trying to get my loss run report and no good luck they never answer I live in voicemails and they never get back at you this is a second time they do this last time I had to open up a claim in order for them to send me my report and it took them over 2 months they even called me so I can remove the review that I'm put on them which I agree if they send them through email so don't reply back at this point I'm going to have to do what I did last time very bad experience with these peo... read more
Good day, I have been trying to reach this company for a loss run report for several days and I’m unable to get anyone’s attention.. Does someone takes any responsibility and charge in this matter agent is unreachable and I called no body seems to know NoThING awful insurance when you need them to assist. Hopefully I can get their attention by using this reviews
Imagine having an accident , calling the insurance YOU pay for only to not get any answer or response. Can't even get them to answer the phone to file a claim. I've never saw this issue with other insurance companies. Been calling since Friday night to report the accident, left several messages ...its now Saturday and STILL no response..no assistance..nothing. RUN THE OTHER WAY!
this company is very hard to contact with a major problem. we had a driver who had an accident and they cancelled our insurance before paid time was up with less than 21 days notice. it has been over 90 days and we have not gotten our refund. they are very hard to get answers from. We are still trying to find specific reason for cancellation instead of some vague response
Horrible customer service. They need to do better instead of just taking people’s money.
