Had a terrible experience with this Dr. It was our first experience with a psychologist and it was for our teen child who was dealing with lots of anxiousness. We couldn’t get ahold of her as everything was through email and waiting for a response back. It was doable except when our daughter was having a reaction to the medication prescribed and we couldn’t get ahold of her. My best friend was in one of the most painful, transitional periods of her life, and yet still wanted to get better and tend to the goal of sobriety. But as an example; one time she contacted this woman for help when she was in a legitimate, dangerous crisis, and all she did was send a text to a link to a crisis hotline and then never even followed up. Where to begin... Dr. Jacob and her staff *shout out to Bonnie* are absolutely amazing! Your questions will be answered and explained in a way that brings you into the course of treatment; you're a part of your own journey instead of being a patient on the other side of the screen/room. She exemplifies the DO title, which in my opinion is vital to true emotional/mental/spiritual being. Multiple avenues of treatment will be discussed, all of which are in consideration of your own unique experience/situation.
