I was new to needing medical supplies on recurring basis and did not know the pricing, Southlake called me to offer order and shipping service on behave of my doctor's order, which I appreciated how easy it was for me, despite the charge was surprisingly high even with my insurance. After my first order, I figured out I do not need monthly supply, so I told the sale representatives who call me to follow up that I do not need it every month, I ask them to follow up with me every 3 months instead, but they still keep calling. ... read more
