I have loved my experience with FBBC in Southlake! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. It is a very intimate and personalized setting that feels like a family! It is the first time I have ever had a gym membership where I look forward to going each week. They also have gone above and beyond during the Covid crisis, to make all members feel clean and safe in the space.
Love this place! The trainers are very supportive and give personal attention. You're not just another face. It's a comfortable and welcoming environment which is important especially when you're just starting out. They care about your success and will help anyway they can. Highly recommend!
Great workouts in 35’ to buen for 6hs! Great team of coaches and awesome facilities. It put me back on track in 3 weeks lost 12 lb.
Been a great experience so far! Enjoy the schedule times, the staff is friendly and makes it fun to keep coming back. The facility is clean and the routines are different each day providing diversity, stretching and excercise in a fun upbeat environment!
