I first went to Dr. Lucy Nguyen about 10-12 years ago. What made me really appreciate her is that she was a great listener--which is hard to find in the quick turn-around clinics these days. She would review my chart and then she would spent time discussing and collaborating with me on my health needs and goals instead of rushing me out the door with standard lab request, a prescription fix and a follow up appt in 6 months.
