Blew my nose when he had just walked in. Refused his handshake until I washed my hands. It didn't strike me as rediculeous until after he was in my butt! Hah! I travelled from northern BC, had to fly in and it was SO WORTH IT - everyone right from inquiring about getting a referral and booking were so kind, moved things around to work for my flights. I had a horrible past experience with a hemorrhoid surgery, and Dr Truter and his team were understanding and kind. I was shocked at how painless it was! I can’t recommend Dr. Truter and the entire staff at this clinic highly enough. Although I had to wait over six months due to his personal schedule, the actual treatment was incredibly quick and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Truter kindly explained that my condition was a skin tag, not hemorrhoids. He patiently answered all of my many questions without any hesitation.
