I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Dr. Shafik and his office. I was initially referred to another eye care practice by the emergency room after being diagnosed with a bacterial eye infection in both eyes. That office referred me to Dr. Shafik because he was the on-call ophthalmologist that weekend. During my first visit, he prescribed antibiotic eye drops and scheduled me for a follow-up appointment. Dr. Shafik is the greatest! I was nervous to have my cataract surgery and he put me at ease. I am now looking forward to doing my other eye. I could not recommend him enough, such a lovely person.
Doctor was good and explained the problem
This doctor just game drops didn't fix the issue at all... I will follow up with a different provider
