I was misinformed by one of the dental techs that my exam would be covered by my insurance so I received a bill in the mail and called the office to try and reconcile, and they refused to work with me. Dr. Knutsen and the techs have been great to me for many years, but unfortunately their front desk staff has extremely poor customer service.
Dr. Gossai is literally one of the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful for her and her team. 🫶

Dr, Krista Gossai D.D.S. is exceptional and staff also,. She supported the different options I could take . I was extremely excited that after 7 yrs she told me my structure of my teeth and jaws and no removing any bad teeth needed either. I was very grateful that I could have this worked with caps and changes to let me be able to smile now. I just couldn't help the results turned out so great and no problems is complete. Thanks to all
