I have lived in this location since 1999. Have been through different owners and management. Nicki is an amazing manager working so hard to bring extra everything to events at the park. She constantly strives for success of the park and cares for it's residents. It takes a village to make it feel like home. Without creating a community feeling you can't achieve that. Nicki creates opportunities to be a community.
Where to begin! We came upon a bad couple of months lots had happened and we had to find a new home right away. We have some friends who live here and they suggested that we go talk with Nikkie in the office. She is amazing. She was so kind and caring and helped us get into our home as quickly as she could when it came time to move it. She made the process smooth and simple for us. Have lived in this community for almost 14 years. We take advantage of the pool almost every day in the summer. During the years we have seen many managers come and go and none of them have been as friendly or have gone out of their way to put on family friendly events like our current Manager, Nikki. The kids get off the bus and run into the office to tell her hi, she makes every member of the community feel welcome and seen.
I absolutely love my community in Southaven! Having some of the best neighbors to enjoying the swimming pool in the summer and all of the events at the community clubhouse!
