Horrible place! They basically paralyzed my dog by giving her Librella and took no responsibility what so ever. Lack of accountability,compassion, and empathy!
Owned by private equity firm “vet strategy”. Staff is trained to overcharge and recommend unnecessary tests. Visit a private vet clinic instead.
Southglen isn't our main vet, but we started using them when our vet wasn't open evening and weekends, and I must say, I like them better than our vet! We mostly just take them here now. Dr. Blankvoort is so nice and treats my dog great, I look forward to taking my dog there. Always good experiences with the staff. Highly recommend.
Had to put our pup down. They were great! Gave all the time we needed and explained everything.
