I over heard my family member speaking to one of the office girls (not woman because she cant control her emotions) was the rudest. We had to DEMAND to speak with maintenance, however when he got on the phone he said hello, very aggressively which means she had already stated something negative to him about the phone call. Literally the WORST Administration. Rude. Ignorant. And incompetent. Beware. Love the neighborhood and my neighbors but the association is GARBAGE.
