Terrible manners & unacceptable behavior from reception. I had family coming down for a wedding event and needed to get accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days & got hung up on from the man at reception. When I called back he didn’t answer. When I showed up to the office he refused letting me have any contact with management. I requested a phone number to management and he said no, and then I requested a email to management and he refused. Room had visible mould on the ceiling. Bed was clean but old, lumpy and creakjng springs mattress. Pillows were hard and lumpy. No water in the fridge. Toiletries and clean towels but dirty shower floor. Right on the main road, and no help from reception to move rooms for quiet. I would not stay again.

I have booked room and the date was wrong and the reception told me that we refunded but unfortunately u haven't got the money

One of my fav places to stay in Shepparton. Only issue is the rooms aren't very sound proof when it's busy
